Shipping Times
Our warehouse usually processes
orders in one day, that means that your package is usually shipped the next
working day. In some cases this time can be extended up to 3 working days.
At the moment the USA shipping with standard option
usually takes up to 7 working days (unless we stated otherwise). Shipping
to other countries takes usually up to 14 working days.
Although we do all we can to ship
as soon as possible, please allow 1-3 extra handling working days for all
orders on top of the delivery times stated above. Please note that we are not
responsible for any delays within the shipping networks that we have absolutely
no influence upon.
Covid-19 related delays
We can
guarantee that once you get the shipping notification, it means your order has
left our warehouse even if you can see ‘In Transit’ or ‘Pre-shipped’ status on
the tracking site. This is the principle of our contract with our fulfilment
partners who fulfil our orders the same or next working day.
If you think
your order is delayed, please ensure to check the current order status and all
updates on the courier website concerning any possible delays.

Please
be patient, as due to the Covid-19 situation, many couriers experience delays.
We noticed that especially with USPS, DHL, Ascenda and FedEx couriers scan
parcels less frequently, so the information might not be updated in real time. We
have especially seen multiple instances of parcels not being initially scanned
upon arrival in their warehouse and as a result tracking showing incorrect
information.
In some
cases the delivery can take up to 30 working days if delays on couriers’ side
occur. We recommend reaching out to their customer services
and enquiring about your order delivery date. Unfortunately, we have no impact
on the courier-related delays and there is nothing more we can do that wait at
the moment.
