From time to time, we allow pre-orders of our upcoming products. Our pre-order policy allows you to buy our products up to 9 weeks before the official release. Buying the products on pre-order is unambiguous with the purchase of the product and acceptance of it being shipped once in stock. You will be charged at the time of placing your pre-order.
- Dispatch & Partial fulfilment
Please note that if you buy products that are in pre-order mode, we will dispatch your order when these products become available.
If you want us to partially fulfil your order and send the currently available products separately, please let us know. Otherwise, your order will be fulfilled when all products are available by default.
- Further info on shipping
You can reach out to us to ask for your pre-order status update at any time. Just email hello@bunny.style with your order number.
Although we do anything we can to get pre-orders out on specified dates, delays on suppliers' side might occur. If you believe your order has been delayed, please get in touch, and we will check it as we are unable to update every customer separately.
We reserve additional 2-3 days for fulfilment of your order once stock becomes available.
We use 48h shipping in the UK and standard USPS shipping in the USA unless you choose otherwise at checkout. Once we ship we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping service providers such as Royal Mail, USPS, FedEx, DHL etc. Shipping service provider's Terms & Conditions apply.

Sometimes unpredicted delays might occur. By buying products on pre-order you accept that unpredicted delays might occur. The delays might be caused by suppliers, transfer agents, couriers, overloaded ports, overloaded planes etc.

- Cancellation & Chargebacks
You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at anytime before it ships by letting us know at hello@bunny.style.
If you do not let us know you want to cancel and place a chargeback your order will be cancelled without further notice.
If your order has been shipped, part-shipped or processed and we are unable to cancel it, please use the returns link to return any items for your chargeback to be successful. We will challange any chargebacks if any of your order items were not returned to us.

We have a no-stress easy return policy:
- Over 9,000 locations for quick, no-print returns with instant refunds/exchanges or standard mail return.
- Standard 14 day return period for goods bought online (from the delivery date).
- No reason required, unused, new items only.
- We will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. But in reality, we will probably refund straight away.
